Agreement to Terms

Solana Volume Bot provides automated trading volume generation services for tokens on the Solana blockchain. Our platform enables users to configure and execute volume campaigns across multiple decentralized exchanges, including Pump.fun, Raydium, Jupiter, Orca, DexScreener, and Bonk.fun.

Users can customize trading parameters, duration, engagement features, and monitor campaign performance through our dashboard interface. Services are provided on an as-is basis with no guarantee of specific trading outcomes or token price movements.

User Eligibility and Responsibilities

To use our platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
Possess a compatible Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack)
Have legal authority to enter into binding contracts
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your wallet credentials

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your connected wallet and for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding cryptocurrency trading and automated trading systems.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use our services for fraudulent, illegal, or market manipulation purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform
Interfere with or disrupt platform functionality or security measures
Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations or abuse services
Use automated systems to access the platform except through approved APIs
Violate any applicable securities, commodities, or financial regulations

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

Fees and Payment

Campaign fees are calculated based on token volume, duration, and selected DEX platforms. All fees are payable in SOL to the designated payment address displayed during campaign creation. Payment must be received before campaign execution begins.

Blockchain transaction fees (gas fees) are separate from our service fees and are paid directly to the Solana network. We have no control over network fee amounts, which may fluctuate based on network congestion.

All fees are non-refundable once campaign execution has commenced, except in cases where we fail to deliver services due to technical errors on our part.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

Specific trading volumes or price movements for your tokens
Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
Compatibility with all wallet types or blockchain updates
Protection against all security vulnerabilities or attacks

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Indemnification

Dispute Resolution
